Your current paid membership dues allow our association to provide this annual service to help maintain our properties. Please consider helping with this as it benefits our whole community. This is not a regular garbage or recycling service. We will not pick up clothing, recyclables, hazardous or liquid materials, yard waste, construction debris, TV’s, tires, computers, hide-a-beds, concrete, batteries, items of unreasonable size or household garbage. There is a limit of two (2) appliances (microwaves included). Please separate materials such as wood, metal, appliances and motors. Crews will pick up items and there will not be a 2nd go around. We always welcome volunteer loaders and drivers to help with this service. Trucks and trailers will be provided by association members. Please consider helping with this by meeting at TJ’s Bistro at 8:30 am. Any questions can be directed to any board member. Board member contact info below.
