- Take the quiz to assess the health of your land and lakeshore.
- Once you’ve submitted your quiz, a Lake Maud Association Lake Steward Volunteer will contact you to schedule a walk-through of your property. MLR provides a survey tool designed to anonymously evaluate the Upland, Shoreline, and Aquatic zones of your property.
- Based on the results of the walk-through survey, you’ll receive a score along with helpful recommendations for improving drainage, and promoting land and water health.
- If you achieve a passing score, the Lake Maud and MLR will celebrate your efforts by awarding you a Lake Steward sign (shown on this page) to proudly display!
- If improvements are needed to your property, you will be provided with ideas, resources, and perhaps grants for the recommended changes to make your land healthy and a thriving natural habitat.
